2022 deer gun season harvest totals 47,590

A total of 47,590 North Dakota deer hunters took approximately 25,093 deer during the 2022 deer gun hunting season, according to a post-season survey. Youth turkey hunt tops 7-year slump

Sampling effort finds 117 new cases of CWD for 2022

The Department of Conservation reports that it sampled and tested more than 33,000 deer for chronic wasting disease during the 2022 CWD surveillance year between July 2022 and April 2023.
