When you got some canned venison on the shelf, a great bar-b-q sandwich is just 5 minutes away from your mouth. Grab the buns, the pickles, and the chips!
Ingredients:
• 1 pint canned venison
• 1/2 cup bar-b-q sauce
• 1 pint coleslaw
• Soft hamburger buns
• salt and pepper
• Diced jalapenos (optional)
Cooking Directions:
Take 1 pint canned venison and drain all the juice off. Put the meat in a big bowl and smash until shredded. Pour in your bar-b-q sauce and mix well. Put the meat on buttered buns and cover with coleslaw. Serve with dill pickles and chips. You can also put some diced jalapenos in there. Makes great cold sandwiches to take to the stand!
