The perfect side dish to go with all your venison recipes. This corn casserole has a little kick to it and will be a favorite around the camp. Give it a try with dinner tonight!
Ingredients:
• 6 Cans white corn (drained)
• 2 Sticks Butter (softened)
• 1-8 oz. package Cream Cheese
• 3 or 4 oz. Diced Jalapeno Peppers
Cooking Directions:
Soften butter & cream cheese in microwave mix with corn and peppers then pour into 9X13 pan and bake @ 350 until done! If you cut up your own jalapenos remove seeds. The seeds are most of your heat. This is a great side dish to go with wild game.
