Primitive weapons season opens Oct. 15

Georgia’s week-long primitive weapons deer hunting season opens Oct. 15. More than 45,500 hunters took to the woods in 2015 with primitive weapons, bringing in over 9,000 deer.

Big Time Texas Hunts program entry ends Oct. 15

October 15 is the last date to enter the Big Time Texas Hunts program to win one of 9 guided hunt packages available on ranches and wildlife management areas throughout Texas.
