Apply for quota hunts beginning June 1
By Georgia Department of Natural Resources
Beginning June 1, hunters can apply online for adult/child, deer, alligator, waterfowl, dove and many other types of quota hunts.
“Because quota hunts allow a predetermined number of hunters on a particular area, they most certainly provide exceptional hunting opportunities,” says John Bowers, Game Management Section chief. “So, if you are hoping to get to hunt the area of your choice, don’t let the deadlines get past you without applying.”
