By participating in the Buckmasters® 40 Days of Giveaways Presented by Mountain Dew (the "Promotion"), participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Buckmasters, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
1. SPONSOR
The Promotion is sponsored by Buckmasters, Inc. ("Sponsor"), with Mountain Dew serving as the Presenting Sponsor.
Mountain Dew is not responsible for the administration of the Promotion, winner selection, prize fulfillment, or interpretation of these Official Rules.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Buckmasters® 40 Days of Giveaways begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on July 8, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on August 16, 2026 ("Promotion Period").
The Promotion consists of forty (40) individual daily prize drawings ("Daily Drawings"), each corresponding to one calendar day during the Promotion Period.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) of Buckmasters and any agencies directly involved in administering the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During each day of the Promotion Period, participants may visit:
https://www.buckmasters.com/40days
and complete the official online entry form.
Participants must:
- Provide a valid email address;
- Complete all required entry information;
- Consent to receive Buckmasters marketing communications; and
- Submit the completed entry during the applicable Entry Day.
Entry is free.
No purchase is necessary.
5. ENTRY LIMITS
Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, per Entry Day.
Participants may enter once each day during the Promotion Period for a maximum of forty (40) entries.
Entries do not carry over to future Daily Drawings.
Entries generated by bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, automated software, or other mechanical means are void.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any entrant.
6. DAILY PRIZE DRAWINGS
One (1) or more winners will be selected in a random drawing following the close of each Entry Day from among all eligible entries received for that day's drawing.
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Day.
All drawings will be conducted by Buckmasters or its designated representative.
The decisions of Sponsor are final.
7. PRIZES
A minimum of one (1) prize will be awarded during each Daily Drawing.
Prize descriptions will be identified on the official giveaway landing page for the applicable Entry Day. Such prize descriptions are incorporated into these Official Rules by reference.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should any advertised prize become unavailable.
Prizes are non-transferable, may not be exchanged, and are not redeemable for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be contacted using the email address provided during entry, generally on the day following the applicable Daily Drawing.
Potential winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification unless otherwise specified.
Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
9. WINNER ELIGIBILITY
Unless otherwise determined by Sponsor, an individual may win only one (1) prize during the Promotion Period.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, abuse, or attempts to manipulate the Promotion.
10. TAXES
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of any prize.
If required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for prizes exceeding applicable reporting thresholds.
11. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, hometown, likeness, voice, photograph, social media content, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or notice.
12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, viruses, unauthorized intervention, force majeure events, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or delayed entries;
- Technical failures or interruptions;
- Internet or website outages;
- Computer or mobile device malfunctions;
- Human error in the administration of the Promotion;
- Unauthorized access to entry information; or
- Any other errors that may affect the Promotion.
13. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Buckmasters, Mountain Dew, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, prize providers, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
14. PRIVACY & MARKETING CONSENT
By entering the Promotion, participants consent to receive marketing emails and promotional communications from Buckmasters.
Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in future communications.
Information collected through the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Buckmasters Privacy Policy.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from the Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located within Alabama.
Entrants agree to waive any right to participate in a class action and agree that any claims shall be brought solely on an individual basis.
16. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
By participating, entrants release each such platform from any responsibility relating to the Promotion.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.
Entrants' sole remedy shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses directly related to participation in the Promotion, if any.
