Deer lottery application deadline is Sept. 7

Firearms and muzzleloader hunters who want to harvest antlerless deer in a deer permit area designated as lottery this hunting season must purchase their license by Sept. 7.

Deer archery season opens Sept. 1

North Dakota’s deer archery season opens Sept. 1 at noon, and bowhunters are reminded that deer bow licenses and accompanying tags are only available through electronic purchase.
The archery season is open through January 7, 2018.

CWD testing, restrictions begin Sept. 16

Online reporting increases way to monitor EHD outbreaks
